You get in life what you have the courage to ask for.

Have you ever wanted something but you feared if you asked for it you will be rejected, so you didn’t?

Maybe you needed help. Or an opportunity, a salary raise, a job, money, advice, or a meeting with someone you admire.

Or perhaps, you needed to ask for boundary lines to be maintained on a relationship where the lines were being crossed.

But you were afraid to ask for it so you let it go. But after the incident, you felt a jab of regret like, "what if I had been given if I had asked?"

"What if?"

The painful part is you may never know, because you never asked, and so you may always live with that regret.

Sometimes, we regret the things we didn't do, more than the things we did.

Don’t let the fear of rejection stop you from asking for what you want. You get in life what you have the courage to ask for.

Continue asking, for as long as it takes, until you get what you want.
