FREEDOM DECLARATIONS- Breaking Free from Bad habits

I speak these scriptures to myself every morning, afternoon and evening, and as often as I remember.

When I speak God’s word to my life, I am speaking God’s life and power to it, and I will receive God’s power, ability and intervention in the area I am speaking God’s word to. (Proverbs 18:20-21. Hebrews 4:12. Mark 11:22-23. Joshua 1:8. Isaiah 55:8-13)

These words I say are spirit and life & as I speak daily, I see the manifestation in my life, In Jesus name, Amen. (Jn 6:63)

I (Insert Name) __________________________________________________ declares that;

I no longer live for myself; the life I live now is in Christ Jesus, I do this by faith in Him, resting in His love for me (Galatians 2:20 TPT, AMP)

I am greatly loved by God so much that even if I were the only one that ever lived, He will still have sent Jesus to die for my sins (John 3:16. Luke 15:3-7. Isaiah 43:3-5)

I do not have a spirit of slavery leading again to fear [of God’s judgment], but I have received the Spirit of adoption as sons and daughters by which I joyfully cry Abba! Father (Romans 8:17 AMP)

I no longer have the fear of never being good enough because I have received the "Spirit of full acceptance" enfolding me into the family of God (Romans 8:15 TPT)

I will never feel orphaned because God’s Spirit confirms with my spirit that I am a beloved child of God. He makes God’s fatherhood real to me (Romans 8:15-16 TPT)

I am a heir of God and a co-heir with Christ, therefore I qualify to share in all of God’s treasures and I will also inherit all that Christ is and all that He has (Romans 8:17 TPT)

I partake of Christ’s divine nature therefore I have the power to will and to do God’s good pleasure (2 Peter 1:3-4. Philippians 2:13)

I meditate on God’s word day and night; His word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path— God’s word shapes the way I think and shows me the best way to live life and He guides my decisions (Joshua 1:8. Psalm 119:105. Psalm 32:8. Isaiah 29:26, 30:20-21. Romans 8:5-6)

I have an abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness. I reign in life through Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17. Romans 8:15-17 TPT. Ephesians 2:4-6 TPT)

I am God’s own, His expensive purchase and so my body and every part of my being brings glory to God. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 AMP)

I think and dwell on things that are true and pure, and I focus my mind on things above, not on earthly things (Phil 4:8-9. Colossians 3:1-4 MSG)

Confessions from Romans 8:1-17 (Read in different translations for better understanding)

I no longer stand condemned before God because I believe in Jesus and the law of the Spirit of life has set me free from the law of sin & death.

The Spirit of God controls my mind therefore I no longer set my eyes on things that the flesh desires rather I set my mind on the things the Spirit desires [His will and purpose]

My mind is governed by the Spirit therefore I have life and peace in my mind and the spiritual well-being that comes from walking with God

I am no longer motivated by sinful appetites and impulses but rather I am controlled by the impulses of the Spirit of God because His life now flows through me

I live by the power of the Holy Spirit therefore I am habitually putting to death the sinful deeds of the body.

I am led, constantly directed, and guided by the Spirit of God, because I am a son/daughter of God.
